Great experience and he certainly put his time in on this. My requests turned out to be very labor intensive, but he handled them with a smile and professionalism. For that I am greatful and I am now enjoying the summer sun on my deck as I write this review. Once I gave him my needs and wants for my home, he was off to the races to find my perfect house. Kameron only showed me properties I was interested in and I spent zero time at any property that fell short of my requirements. He certainly knows the Anchorage and Valley market. Kameron was recommended to me and I highly recommend Kameron to future home buyers. I have recommended him to others and they have also had great experiences working with him.

Kameron moved heaven and earth to get me into the home I wanted with a four week close! He did everything he promised. I connected with him almost by accident, I called his number that was posted on a house I was driving by. That house was already sold, but he showed me others within a few days. I fell in love with one of them, and I cannot believe I am already living in there. I was looking to buy as a “plan B” versus renting, but with Kameron’s expertise I was able to make buying work on a very short timeline. I highly recommend Kameron, this could not have worked out better for me!

WOW, my house was on the market 29 days and the Sale Pending sign was hung! All during October/November. He arranged for four showing in one day during a blinding snow storm and the next day the house was SOLD! The entire process went as smooth as silk. Couldn’t have picked a better agent then Kameron. Well Done!!!!!

My experience with Kameron was great. He was willing to work with my hectic and unpredictable schedule. We looked at a lot of houses, and Kameron kept a great attitude the whole time, no matter how many questions we had. Having Kameron as an agent was great. He negotiated the deal very well, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience overall. I will definitely recommend him to any and all of my friends.

Kameron did a great job with us. He sold our rental property within a few days of listing it. He communicated well and responded every time we needed help quickly and professionally.

5 user49787391

Kameron did a wonderful job helping selling my home! On several occasions he went far beyond what you would expect to help us navigate the difficulties that come up when trying to sell your home.

If you are looking for someone that is committed to helping you sell your home you couldn’t find a better agent!

5 user45099635

I came in with a list of things I was looking for. Kameron only showed me properties that closely matched the list. I travel quite abit but he was very communicative every step of the way. I felt like I was being taken care of. Pleased with the new place.

5 user59591475

I was lucky to find Kameron. As a first time buyer he was very good about leading me through the process. Since I work a 2 on / 2 off schedule, Kameron was excellent in dealing with all parties while I was at work – this allowed the negotiation to move forward in my absence. Having Kameron understand my ideas and position in the purchase allowed me to have extensive trust in his dealing on my behalf. I cannot recommend Kameron enough to anyone who is seeking to purchase a home…. he was a great asset

5 user9218087

Kameron is awesome at what he does and his knowledge of the real estate market is very impressive. He made the process of selling of our house & purchase very easy and took a lot of the stress away. I highly recommend Kameron Draper to handle any of your real estate transactions. He gets the job done, period.

5 adrifish22

We had a great experience with Kameron he was super helpful and we got our first house and it is perfect for us! He is very honest with his recommendations and worked very hard with meeting all our needs for a new home.

5 gwen61

Kameron is a very professional but yet personable realtor. His knowledge and honesty is second to none. We would recommend Kameron to friends/family in need of his services. His response was very quick from beginning to end.

Kameron did an excellent job assisting my husband and me with the purchase of a house. We were very pleased with his approach to the process – he seemed to genuinely care that we would be satisfied with our purchase, rather than just trying to get a quick sale of any old house. Also, Kam is quick to communicate and seemed skilled at negotiating. We would recommend Kameron to those seeking a professional approach with a willingness to please the client. Kam is patient and dedicated to finding a good fit for the client’s needs. My husband can be rather demanding, but even he was more than satisfied with Kam’s work.

5 user0305493

Kam was proactive and readily available throughout the whole home buying process. These attributes were crucial to a smooth purchase as I was working remotely on the night shift for much of it. He also managed to bump the closing up a week so that I could be present before leaving for my next remote work hitch. Working with Kam was a great choice and I highly recommend getting in touch with him for your next real estate transaction.

5 alaskaraised

He is very professinal, down to earth, and helped me to understand the process when I had concerns. From the time he listed my home for sale up the closing date; Kameron was on top of things. It was a quick yet smooth process for both myself and the buyer in my opinion. I am thankful for his help in selling my home.

5 akmar1229

There is none better than Kameron in his field. I consistently felt that Kam had my best interest in mind throughout the two months we searched for my ‘perfect’ home. Me and my friends agreed we’d recommend Kam to all we know who’re looking for real estate.

5 courtneyjdowd

Kameron was a complete professional, and had more patience with me (as the seller) than even I could believe. He was the epidamy of class, and completely humble and down to earth all at the same time. Best of all, he sold my home in a matter of a couple of weeks! I honestly, truly could not believe it! Within a week he had brought in a handful of potential buyers, and then it was sold almost instantly! There is NOT another relator in Anchorage in my opinion. I have bought and sold 6 homes in my life, and Kameron was better than any agent that I’ve ever come across. Kudos my friend!

5 user1185763

Kam was great in helping me with both the buying and selling process. In selling my home, Kam was key in helping guide project decisions that would make my home more marketable and sell quickly. When it finally went on the market it sold within two weeks! With buying a home, Kam was great about focusing in on the areas and styles that I was interested in; which required both patience, and quick action to be successful – both qualities he has in spades!

5 user2193402

Kameron’s knowledge of real estate and his want to find you a place to call “Home” makes him a go to agent!!! He always looks out for your best interest and won’t sleep till he knows you are getting a good deal!!! I thank him for finding my HOME

5 SherickaStephens

Kameron was an instant first choice for us! His professionalism and knowledge of our local market, also his eagerness to get started on the listing made us feel very comfortable choosing him as our agent. Because of his knowledge of the area, and the market, we sold our home timely and for full value! Thank you Kameron for a job well done!!!

5 zuser20140619123255138

Kameron is very knowlegeable about the market. He listened to our wants in a home/duplex and helped guide us through the process of finding the right one for us. He is really great to work with and I have personally recommended him to several other people already.

5 zuser20140707080928021

My family had a long list of requirements for our new home. Kameron found a home for us, that met all our expectations! This is the second time we have used Kameron, he is just the best. We strongly recommend his company.

5 zuser20140507114425791

Kameron was fantastic to work with. We started the home buying process out-of-state, and he took it upon himself to go to all the homes we were interested in and give us honest feedback. This was our first experience buying a home, and he made it much less stressful than it normally is, I’m sure. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He’s very knowledgeable about the area and will tell you the truth. All around, great experience!

5 user5099729

Kameron Draper was recommended to us by a co-worker who had recently bought a home through Kameron. We were very impressed by his knowledge of of the local market and the home buying process. He had everything laid out for us with no surprises and made coordinating documentation between Texas and Alaska a simple process. I would most certainly use Kameron again and have already referred another coworker to him.

5 zuser20140901150340630

In a single day, Kameron Draper provided me with more information on the selling condition of my home than I had received in the prior 6 months with another realtor (I’m military and was not living in the same state as the home). I switched to him, and after taking his recommendations to better show the home, I had a buyer within one week. I have been very impressed with Kameron and his professionalism, knowledge, and speed. Highly recommend to any buyer or seller!!

5 landon1358

Kam did an excellent job finding me a new home. He also sold my old home faster than I could have asked. Kam listened to my needs and full met them. When I have real estate questions or needs, I call Kam. Kam I hope to do more business with you soon. Great job!

This Agent is experienced, professional, and prompt that is very familiar with Alaska as well as if you are looking outside of Alaska, he can assist with referring as well! I would recommend him to anyone looking in state or out of state for ALL Real Estate needs!!!!

This was my first home sale – Kameron has been great to work with – he has consistently been ahead of the game every time we have hit a bump in the road. He has been fantastic at explaining the process and helping me understand how it works. His knowledge and confidence made a challenging process much easier. I really appreciate the practical, honest way he does business. I was always able to reach him if I had a question or concern and his knowledge and connections were invaluable in gettting my home inspection repairs done reasonably and timely.

It was a pleasure to work with Kameron! He has a thorough knowledge of the market in Anchorage. He was informative, demonstrated professionalism. Kameron is a friend of mine, but when it came to selling the property it was all business. As far as negotiation Kameron will tell you how you see it but never pushed me to adjust my selling price. Overall i would rate Kameron high for a realtor and the fact that he has some construction experience makes him an asset when viewing properties or making an initial assessment.

Kameron had one interested client for my house, it was a partially completed rehab in a great neighborhood. He stayed on the client and was able to negotiate the best possible offer within my time frame and the parameters I had set out for him. Went above and beyond with some repair while I was out of town. He works hard for his clients.

5 channin

Kameron went above and beyond to help my husband and I with both selling and buying our new home . He know exactly what needed to be done to our property as well as providing info on what price to list our home at . It worked, we had 2 full price offers on our house the first day on the market and it was a week before Christmas . I never exspected to sell over the holidays . Kameron also has been a great help with the purchase of our new home that is being built . It is great to work with someone who knows the market and has a great relationship with multiple people in the industry , from our builder to lender to the title company . Overall we couldnt have asked for a better person to help us on this journey . I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Anchorage area that is looking to buy or sell a property

5 user6633931

Kameron was very helpful throughout the entire process. I relied heavily on Kameron’s ability to facilitate the sale of our property because I no longer lived in Anchorage during the sale. He did a very good job helping me to establish my expectations for the sale and he worked hard to make it a smooth process. I am very happy with the services that Kameron provided and I highly recommend him!

5 loopsak

Kameron was our agent for both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. As a first time home buyer I appreciated his frank advice which sometimes counter acted our emotional thoughts and opinions but always lead to the correct decision for our family’s needs. His suggestions matter greatly when we freshened up our condo for sale. Following his lead we had way more foot traffic on a weekly basis than other properties in our neighborhood that we were competing against. When purchasing a home I did not doubt a single moment that he had our best interests always in mind. Our experience was so positive I recommended his services to 3 fellow co-workers. All 3 used his services to purchase new homes.

Kameron is AWESOME! He put up with my pickiness and went out of his way to work around my erratic work schedule. He’s also very knowledgeable about the VA process and requirements, which was a real time saver.

5 lizb7

He was very knowledgeable and really listened to us when we told him what we were looking for. He was also very persistent and worked to help match us with just the right house.

Summary: A negative experience working with Mr. Draper as a selling agent: in our opinion, he over-promised and under-delivered. Here is the full story: My wife needed to sell the house remotely, so she posted it online. Mr. Draper responded to our request saying that our price is a “perfect list price” and sent us the paperwork very quickly. We were excited to find such an energized and a motivated broker. My wife’s parents were in the same town for a while so they could keep an eye on the sale process. At first, they noticed that “For sale” signs were laying on the ground, but Mr. Draper said that it was “windy” and later put them in windows. He also claimed that he held a couple of open houses, but our scouts drove by and could not tell whether there was an open house or not because there were no signs up front. We decided not to make anything of it since these are all circumstantial details and are hard to prove either way. A couple of weeks later we got our first offer. It was expectedly less than our asking price and they wanted the seller to pay all the over-estimated closing costs, escrow fees and included some random fees. After talking with Mr. Draper, we counter-offered the prospective buyer and lowered our initial asking offer extending our good will hoping to find a price that satisfied both parties. Their second offer came in shifting fees around leaving the overall paying amount exactly the same as their first offer. This is where we would normally expect our broker to step in and work with the other side to protect our (seller’s) interests. Instead, the buyer’s agent called Mr. Draper and explained that the buyers cannot really afford the house. Instead of researching other perspective buyers, we felt like this is where Mr. Draper seemed to start working for the buyer pressing us towards concluding the transaction on the buyer’s terms. He even offered us a $965 (or 20%) discount for his services, just to close the gap with the buyers (buyer’s agent did not give up a cent). Things went downhill from here. My wife and I had a feeling that completely gave in and pushed us towards the deal without the buyers compromising anything. Objectively, it made sense: he already invested his time in this house, he found a buyer, and he would be getting paid anyway. Mr. Draper told us though that he only got one offer for the entire time that we were dealing with the prospective buyer. Well, that’s a very convenient way to distort the reality, which is that once anyone makes an offer on a house, no one else can make any other offers until the current deal is off. The buyer’s appraiser came out and the result was significantly lower than Mr. Draper assured us it would be ($6K under what he assure it would appraise for without any issues). Mr. Draper said he fought it (the appraiser missed on some house features and used at least one foreclosure as a comparable sale, which drove the median price down), but no luck. At this point, we were getting about $8000 less than Mr. Draper’s initial market analysis predicted we would get. At this time, we asked Mr. Draper why he is not on our side on this, because from our perspective, the clear picture was that he was helping the buyer and not us. He sent us a reply, in which he stated that “I don’t always let my clients know what is going on behind the scenes.” After that, the communication from Mr. Draper became very succinct, our last congratulatory e-mail was “Your transaction has recorded. You should get funds wired today”. Overall, we lost $22000 on the price of the house, while Mr. Draper easily got paid about $3660 for his services and the buyer’s agent got $4600. The buyers got the house for $2500 less than their initial offer ($6K less than our asking price) and we paid nearly $6K in their closing costs all because of the inaccurate recommended appraisal price. (Part of the counteroffer was to increase the asking price to offset us paying some of the closing costs because the buyers didn’t have enough cash to afford all downpayment, prepaids and closing costs. This strategy completely backfired and I would not recommend it; find a different buyer if they can’t afford the basic upfront costs.) Throughout the above process we had to constantly ask for updates as no information was being provided by Mr. Draper. We had the offer and completed the initial paperwork and now it was time for home inspection and appraisal. After a week of not hearing anything, we had to contact him to get a copy of the home inspection. He didn’t explain what the different categories meant so we had to further ask him questions to make sure we made the necessary adjustments identified by the home inspector. Once that was all completed, about 2 weeks had passed; we still had not heard anything on the appraiser. On the third week, we got the appraisal back at $6K lower than expected. Mr Draper claims he fought hard to get this fixed with no luck but this was never communicate
